Changes that are unnecessary (no urgency or emergency) for any software, can introduce the concept of the self inflicted wound. “This update screwed up, let me save you, why don’t you download this patch.” Show me the urgency or emergency for your change and I will be the first to download Core 30……. Otherwise, respectfully, no thank you………

The only change is that its default value is increased (to effectively unlimited). When I learned how we vote in #Bitcoin, it blew my mind………. Node software choice? Forks to follow? People vote in line with their incentives………. Shady meanderings are quickly detected and fail to grow…………

Why on earth would one want to blow open the op return……. Never needed this before, why now? What’s the urgency?

Core 29.1.0, <2% Knots above, 24% I would not recommend releasing Core 30…….. People are showing you in real time the only metric that matters, what software they are running for their node……. Use this information and pivot while you can to save face……..
