We have been made aware of a phishing URL presenting itself as a sponsored Mullvad ad on Google.
Please be cautious when clicking on links, taking note of the URLs.
We have contacted Google regarding this, and had stopped our advertising on Google as of 1st March.
As a reminder, Mullvad does not have any affiliate programs.
There is currently a scam going around that involes "a promotional offer" which includes a pdf and zip archive containing a malicious .exe file.

Mullvad is mostly unaffected by the TunnelCrack VPN vulnerabilities. This is our response to the recently disclosed set of attack vectors on VPNs.
Our third VPN server audit has now been completed by Radically Open Security.
