We are running a test deployment in South Africa (Johannesburg) and from Europe we experience 188 ms latency. From Johannesburg to our Discovery Relay, the latency is: 0.760 ms (Microsoft) 1.55 ms (Google) From Cape Town: 20.4 ms (Amazon) This is incredible improvement and will improve the user experience for everyone where Nostria is deployed.
