At the end of each week, my wife talks with our kids about what they learned & accomplished that week so she can help them set new goals and hold them accountable for their goals from the past week. She's doing that right now. She calls this "Proof of Work Day". What a woman. 😍

My youngest son started pulling books off our bookshelf earlier this evening. I think he's trying to tell me what he's interested in learning about.

My family and I just got back from Christmas carolling. The love and appreciation felt by our neighbors was palpable! One old man tearfully told us that he didn't think anyone did things like that anymore, and our surprise visit to his doorstep gave him more hope for the future. Whether or not you've gone Christmas carolling before, I highly recommend it!
