It's no secret that I'm not a fan of our government. I love our country but the government needs an enema.
A person who apparently has grown tired of my posts on Facebook told me to run for office so I could fix the problem. The fault with that suggestion is that by becoming part of the system, I become part of the problem. And a problem that politicians created cannot be fixed by other politicians because the system incentivizes politicians to better their own financial position, and not act in the best interest of their constituents, UNLESS their constituents are giving them money.
So the only way to fix the system is by opting out of it. And only after you become angry enough about it will you see the answer.

Husband twice (widower once), father of five (four on earth), company owner, community leader. I used to give away #bitcoin. ๐ณ๏ธโ๐
I took some time to watch @Lyn Alden's presentation at Princeton on "Broken Money" and appreciated a recognized institution being open to hosting her to further educate the common person on what we all know.
However, my observation is that the audience was mostly already Bitcoiners or friends of Bitcoin. So why is it that so few people actually care why they are being stolen from, and instead think that changing political figureheads will change their financial situation???
