Can you see who tips you on iris?

Is there a source with recommendations as to which public relays should be removed/added in conjunction with paid relays? Sample lists, etc? I'm a little confused regarding the relay situation, as if that isn't already painfully obvious.

Is it me, or is Iris getting better by the minute?
