I see the healthcare industry as following the same path as higher education.. but driven and shaped by the demands of a different generation... but wen will hospitals start closing? Maybe its being kept alive because of the current demographic mix, fewer youngns and a lot more seniors and govt money. #Healthcare doesn't serve the younger generations - partially because young folks don't have as many issues, but the industry has been shaped for decades to be shitty. I'd love to see a future where doctors are again passionate and treat what they do as a vocation, a calling.. not just trying to pay for their spoiled girls college (higher #education - tying it together).
