What if when people apply moisturiser etc to their face they are actually stimulating their lymph nodes and that is the reason for looking more youthful and not the product itself? 🤔 When not applying products when would you actually massage your face/neck (thyroid)?

It's that time of year where people get less sunlight, less fresh air & binge food/drink. Then call their detox symptoms a seasonal flu.. Don't be one of those people! Take control of your narrative.
