Dad’s project that he picked up for $12k, stripped down, sandblasted and painted the frame, restored the body, 6x painted, 2x cleared and totally rebuilt the engine and tranny on about 10 years ago. 1965 Corvette Stingray. I only got a single ride in it before he ultimately sold it to his buddy down the street for about $70k. Still gets to see it weekly and his friend uses it a lot more than he did. #carstr

After getting lots of practice time in on the beach last week I’ve added this to my cargos along with a pouch of 5-6 three oz rocks for my hiking kit. It’s pretty handy being able to quickly load and sling a rock at 80-90 mph. Can’t wait to try taking a grouse or something with it. I was knocking full thickness bark off trees with some of my shots. Yes there’s a learning curve, but it’s a cool zen like thing to just focus on the target rather than the mechanics of the throw. Just looking intently at what you want to hit and letting it rip after a single rotation. I can see an application for quickly messing up footing, face shields, riot shields, windshields and rifle optics if egg sized paintball projectiles filled with mineral oil and black paint could be produced in quantity. In the hands of 10-15 people behind the main line of a street conflict, it would be pretty effective. I saw a testimonial vid from a British officer involved in The Troubles in Northern Ireland in the 80’s and 90’s who said simple water balloons with this mixture seriously messed with riot responses. I spotted a whole family of Peregrine Falcons at a job today. Mom and dad were flying in and out of the area with their telltale screeching call while these fledglings hung out on the branches of these Maples. Such fierce creatures and such efficient killers. The fastest land animal on Earth.

Anyone have any comments after having listened to or read this? If ever there was a case for being bullish on Bitcoin, this is it.  Destined to be an anti-establishment classic.

Make it Make Sense "Make it make sense", I said to myself, weeks into the Iran conflict. “Be careful what you ask for” is all I can say now lol. The world model described below has answered many questions for me, and confirmed the models I’ve arrived at by observing the precisely timed and repeated “crises” we’ve faced since 2001, but at the same time has left me even more black pilled about the role of government in our lives in the west. Recent geopolitical analyses by Simon Dixon are the closest I’ve found to making the high frequency narrative flip on the part of the American regime and news media regarding the Iran war make any sense, in my opinion. And it’s all about following capital flows, not news headlines. As Simon points out in many of his podcasts and interviews, this is not a war of nation vs nation. It is purely a war of rebalancing of world polarity and asset-stripping capability sharing between the three powers: the Financial Industrial Complex, China (as the dominant power) in cooperation with the Military Industrial Complex, and the Technological Industrial Complex, all of whom's goal is to asset strip the West and humanity in general, usher in an inescapable physical and financial surveillance state, and continue to create theatrical conflicts with real deaths and destruction to keep the military industrial complex fed. Looking at this as a war of nation vs nation for the first handful of weeks is the reason why my brain couldn't make sense of the constantly conflicting headlines. All of our governments are now puppets to corporations, the largest asset managers and sovereign wealth funds. It's why a vote for a leader in any western, supposedly democratic country hasn't mattered for over 50 years. It's the reason why despite who is in office, the same agendas we are resisting continue marching on. It's why none of the actions of the countries involved in this conflict have made sense for more than 24 hours at a time. The countries are all in bed together at the behest of the real power, the corporations and lobbies. It behooves all of us to give some serious thought to how to live outside of the current financial system so we can still live and conduct trade when the INDIVIDUAL sanctions start coming down on those who won't accept things like digital ID and biomedical ID's and social credit score based transaction ability. Build local community and communications capabilities. Acquire assets that can be transacted without third parties. And to as great a degree as possible, diversify your income streams to span things that can earn you value "in the system", as well as things that can't be taken away. It is easier said than done, particularly for those of us who are/were already somewhat trapped before coming to this stark realization. But it is the only possible escape for you and your offspring.
