I just finished The Bitcoin Enlightenment by Richard Salinas. I was skeptical that I would learn anything new after having read all of the “big titles“ over the past few years, but this read was a really good one. It’s cool that everyone from Saif to Lyn, uncle Larry, Jeff Booth and recently Mr. Neal Flesher are all able to cover the fundamentals of money so well, but approach the topic of our monetary system and the Bitcoin solution from slightly different angles that deepen one’s overall understanding. Very stimulating read. #grownostr #bitcoin image

I ended up with 14 decent sized spaghetti squash on a 2‘ x 2‘ x 4” high trellis. It wasn’t perfect because there was little air movement in the mass of vines, and the vegetation ended up having quite a bit of powdery mildew on the leaves, but the fruit turned out pretty well. Not much photosynthesis happening near the end. Otherwise I would’ve liked to have let these go for at least another week. Hopefully they will finish ripening a bit as they cure. #gardenstr #grownostr image

It’s amazing how much produce you can fit in a small space when you dehydrate it. Tomatoes, green onions and green peppers: #gardenstr #prepping #grownostr

Damn what a banger episode Dave. You really encapsulated what so many people are feeling this week. The world feels like it’s on warp speed. Bracing myself for some 1960’s style civil disobedience. We are no longer represented in Congress and Parliaments in a way that it can be avoided. Buckle up. View quoted note →

If anyone here is still using Muun Wallet, here is the text of the email reply I got regarding a question I sent them regarding the recent NPM supply chain attack that has affected some software wallets and companion apps: “Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about Muun! Your concern is completely understandable, especially given the nature of the news about the compromised NPM libraries. Let me reassure you directly: Muun Wallet is not exposed to this exploit, and it is completely safe for you to operate, move, or hold your funds. Security is our absolute top priority, and the technology we use is a critical part of that commitment. Muun is a native mobile application, built with a technology stack that is entirely separate from the NPM ecosystem: Our Android application is developed primarily in Java and Kotlin. Our iOS application is developed in Swift. The core cryptographic logic is written in Go. By building Muun as a native application, our architecture doesn't rely on NPM libraries for its core functions. As a result, our users are not exposed to this particular supply chain exploit. We take the security of your funds extremely seriously, and our architecture is designed to be robust and resilient against a wide range of threats. Feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns.” #grownostr #bitcoin
