@jb55 I love Damus on iOS. Back when Apple’s first ban on zaps occurred, I was able to circumvent the zap restriction with the Zap Zap Zap applet. With zaps again being restricted I am still usually able to get around the zap restriction with the applet, but have noticed I have to use it way more repeatedly, and often to no effect. It affects maybe 5/10 zap attempts. I haven’t been able to isolate specific types of wallet addresses I cannot zap yet. But I finally had time today to at least point it out. Thanks. I would spare my fellow Nostriches the disappointment I felt tonight. Having kind of enjoyed the 2005 Tom Cruise version of War of the Worlds, I was looking forward to watching the 2025 remake tonight on Amazon with the fam. That shit didn’t play for 5 minutes before I had to turn it off. I’ve never seen such a pro US government, pro alphabet agency, pro surveillance state piece of predictive programming trash in my entire life. And to make it worse, they convinced Ice Cube, the man who brought us the NWA classic, Fuck The Police in 1988, to take the leading role. Ugh. My how the mighty have fallen. Well sonofabitch. After my first extreme anaphylactic reaction to a wasp sting three weeks ago that resulted in a hospital trip and prompted me to pick up a few epi pens, both me and my customer got nailed on a job site yesterday. I waited to see if the reaction was going to be extreme because I was stung way distal to my heart. So I just took a few Benadryl tabs and didn’t have to use up an epi pen. My customer is extremely allergic so she used one of hers and passed me on the way back to town, bound for the hospital. Given the reaction I did have, if I ever get nailed in the head or neck, I think it’s going to be a problem. Still hurts like a bastard. Can you tell which hand got it? #asknostr #grownostr

@Nostr Huntrs & Anglers Best whitetail spike camp ever two years ago. We got to stay long enough to really be a part of the bush. The best part was a pot of “forever stew” that got placed on the wood stove to thaw each afternoon, allowing us to continuously add any small game we snared or judo’d near camp. Every evening it was different, and was so welcome after stalking and still hunting for many hours in the cold.
