@Nostr Huntrs & Anglers Best whitetail spike camp ever two years ago. We got to stay long enough to really be a part of the bush. The best part was a pot of “forever stew” that got placed on the wood stove to thaw each afternoon, allowing us to continuously add any small game we snared or judo’d near camp. Every evening it was different, and was so welcome after stalking and still hunting for many hours in the cold.

Not a bad little haul of radishes from a little 2’x 6’ raised bed. If I replant tonight I’ll likely squeeze in one more crop while the daylight hours and overnight temps still support germination and taproot growth. #gardenstr #grownostr

I love it when a plan comes together. For the past two years I’ve seen this amazing pitless sour cherry bush on a municipal right of way in a residential neighbourhood produce pounds of cherries that ultimately go to waste because the people that live around it are oblivious to it. Went and harvested 6 pounds today. No one even saw me. Washed and vac sealed it for freezing and later use. #prepping #preserving #grownostr

I had my golden opportunity to purple pill 8-10 normies a few hours ago, when I was sitting around a fire at a neighbor’s last get together before they move out of town to an acreage. In attendance were a realtor, an environment ministry enforcement officer, a school teacher, an optometrist assistant, a school board administrator, a power engineer, a gym receptionist, a city clerk, a welder, and a hospital lab clerk. I had only ever met most of them in passing in the community. The host asked me what the logo was on my shirt. I said “It stands for Nostr.” So at that moment it was basically like a record scratching sound as everyone went silent and turned their attention toward me to hear my reply. Being a man of few words I said “It’s a communication protocol that cannot be censored.” And then stopped talking lol. It was like 5 seconds of silence and then one girl is like “Oh wow cool” and it was on to the next topic. I have to work on my elevator pitch. Just never expected to get the opportunity. Of course now I know hours later exactly what I would say. What is your elevator pitch? #asknostr #grownostr image
