In the past, becoming a people manager was the only way to increase your leverage.
Not anymore. Now you can use AI to scale yourself.
The next big tech company won’t be an attention based one. We’ve reached attention saturation.
Value has to be generated in the background now. Stuff like agents and robotics.
I just finished the latest Berserk volume.
Feels crazy to be caught up on such a long story arc. The series has been going for 36+ years now.
First volume since the original creator passed but it’s still good. 
Just finished my first reading of Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and wow, what a fantastic book.
Best thing I’ve read in years.
Now I’m slowly reading it a second time, taking notes, and going on long walks thinking about it. 
There’s a 35 lb bar and a 55 lb bar mixed in with the standard ones at my gym. Always have to double check that it’s a normal bar.
If you’re doing something repetitive, it’s going to be done by AI agents soon

Sometimes I vibe code, but I usually micromanage the AI and code. I call that “Agentic Coding”

Really enjoying the Du Chinese graded reader for studying Chinese.
It has a great feature where it only shows the pinyin reading for difficult/new words so you’re reading mostly characters but still learning new words. 
35 volumes into Berserk. Such a great dark fantasy series. 
I still remember trying Ask Jeeves for the first time (1998).
“There’s this website where you can ask it any question”
“But who’s Jeeves?” 
My attitude towards sonnet-3.7 is cooling…
Sometimes it’s incredibly smart but it seems to go completely off the rails while coding more often.
Starts deleting huge blocks and hardcoding values to make things work when I prompt it with a sample output…
