Wow... how many Jeff Booths are there? Are there any ways to block spammers from following you in Nostr?

Just finished watching the Nostr for Beginners w/Derek Ross video. I like the part where he said keep it weird, and that we own our algorithm. Hopefully, the Nostr world has lots of dog videos and ski videos. I loved how the algorithms of Facebook and Instagram fed me endless reels of silly dog and ski videos. Always make me laugh out loud! 😆 Will have to find Nostriches who post such videos and follow them. GN, all!
