I took one of our residents, from our insecure housing project, to get his monthly shots today. He admitted to me that he realizes how important they are for him. They keep him stable. He said he knows he must get them! Knowing this is a huge step on his journey to freedom. Helping others is a gift we are given. Let's lift (help) our brothers/sisters on their journey

We have had the most amazing sunrises. I spotted two moose this morning enjoying the amazing weather here in Northern Alberta.

I'm always amazed at how beautiful our prairie sunsets can be - stunning pastels.

Would like to express our appreciation and thanks to the Wembley, Hythe, Beaverlodge, LaGlace and County of Grande Prairie Firefighters and the two Forestry helicopters who worked a long day yesterday putting out the bush fire West & South of our farm. And to those who worked into the evening checking for hot spots on our property with their water back packs. Things are so dry and it didn't take much with the strong west winds to spread the fire over kilometers.

Brothers are special! Hubby's #[0] brothers stop by the other day to help with plumbing & drywall. A lot was done asking with a lot of fun. Thanks guys!

As banks crumble around us, and governments continue to believe they are infallibile, I am grateful to the Creator for the beauty He surrounds us with. Truly He is the master of His creation
