Does Ledger have access to pass-phrases also?

Going down the #btc security rabbit hole as I presume many of us are now. Are the benefits of air-gap overstated? Information transfer between hardware wallet and computer needs to happen whether they are connected by a wire or not? Anyone have any expertise here?

Transaction fees are high though. Anyone with a little more technical knowledge able to explain this to me?

Stacking like a maniac

This morning I tried to deposit a decent amount of cash (wedding gifts) into my bank of 37 years, they wouldn’t let me. If I try to take out a small amount of cash they won’t let you either. This is the same bank that won’t let you transfer more than £1k to a crypto exchange at a time and no more than £5k per month. Just more confirmation that the banks’ time is up.

I got zap’ed 21 sats yesterday. Don’t know why, or by who, but thank you 🙏

What happens when the sellers run out of #bitcoin to sell? I think this happens sooner than everyone thinks.

Thinking of updating my #bitcoin security, currently using Ledger. Is there anything better out there? What about a back up system? What should I be doing / have on top of a single hardware wallet?
