watching JUICE launch and meditation put me into almost immediate sleep lol. well intended. just did not happen. hey I am so proud to say I never lost it in public but regret I did not give enough attention or patience to the people close to me. I am working on that now. just need more mental space and balanced lifestyle. I believe this is a wise thing to do.
