Reorganized my “90% bags” this morning. The bigger bag has what I use 90% of the time when installing or modernizing elevators and lives on my cart daily. The smaller bag is my trouble call bag, I can get a broken down elevator back up and running with it 90% of the time. The stuff I use for the other 10% fills up a Dodge 5500 with an 11ft service bed.

1x conversion on the dad bike. Old school downhill mountain bike parts definitely make your dorky dad bike faster 🚴♂️💨 now I think the forks need to be painted black
