This is the sort of drone that Ukraine is successfully using to attack Russian targets, in this case a fiber optic plant in Saransk, about 1000km from the border. Basically a cheap Cessna-like small plane, built in Ukraine, fitted with a droppable bomb. This particular plane already dropped its bomb elsewhere, and was using the airframe itself to crash into the electrical switchgear outside the facility to destroy it. (Ukraine has actually developed automated bomb dropping software for its drones) Russian anti-aircraft defense is in a sorry state... Ukraine could absolutely win this war by destroying more economic targets in Russia like this and crashing their economy.
