Hey there #damus peeps and #nostr - Happy New Year…. After getting fed up with the shit that Alby did to my Sats combined with their shitty documentation I decided to look at alternatives.. unfortunately there is zero way to self host a lightning wallet (due to the need to have liquidity on the chain to back it). But so far for the 100 bucks worth of bitcoin I spent using #cluborange at least I have something that seems stable enough and there’s enough usage of it that I won’t outright *lose* sats.. I’ll get right to the point - If you are looking for a decent way to send sats around without the risk of losing a lightning channel - for now at least Club Orange seems to get the job done.. and I have a referral link if you decide to join…
