Homemade pizza on nan bread

The pickled carrots turned out alright but i want to can them next time and use more spices

I know its not the right season but i wanted to try growing mustard seeds. None of the stores sell mustard seeds to plant but i got lucky with some seasonings that were just dried and not roasted. I was able to sprout some of the seeds from the seasoning and started growing them on my balcony. Does anyone have any other tips for getting seeds? I need to grow dill as well to pivkle some onions #homestead #homesteading #garden #gardening

First time growing anything... I have soy beans, tomatoes, and parsely. I want to grow a lot of herbs and grains in the future when i own a home, maybe carrots too.

First time pickling. Im pickling carrots in a salt and spice brine. Theystarted to ferment and bubble but should be done in about 8 days. I live in a small apartment so i dont have the proper space for everything yet. I want to own my own land one day #pickles #carrots # pickled_carrots
