Russian officials and propagandists are insisting, with great determination, that the West is involved in the terrorist attack in Dagestan. They argue that in Putin's well-organized system, with loyal communities and officials from the ruling party, terrorism shouldn't happen. So, they conclude, it must be the West's doing 😏
But overall, it's clear how unstable the Russian Federation is, even under the control of security forces, and it's quite likely that the only thing holding the entire structure together is war. Certainly not the economy.
