There's so much I don't know. Gah! Ever just feel totally ignorant?

I've gotta say, @Lyn Alden is honestly one of the most interesting people on nostr. I've watched so many videos over the years with Lyn being interviews, but they just hardly scratched the surface. I imagine lots of people are way more complex than we see at first glance. Maybe it's just that she actually shares it.
How do I really get into nostr when it's too confusing for friends to want to get into, I have no followers, & I'm basically invisible?
Constructive Living by David K Reynolds is an interesting book thus far. Lots to chew on just in the first couple chapters. #whatimreading #books
So why do I suddenly lose all followers and everyone I follow?
Wouldn't it be cool if people weren't killing each other all over the globe right now?
What's the best way for the average person to help make decentralized platforms like nostr successful? What about someone who is slightly nerdy, but not like developer nerdy?
How do you connect on this thing? Not complaining, but, no one follows me and I can't just look up people I know, so...I feel like that might slow down adoption.
