I'm actually reading a great book about the management of a football club (here the FC Lorient in french League 1)
"L'important c'est les trois points" which is literally translated as "The Important is the three points'
Tell how a football club have to develop is business before develop his football. On the book we have a lot of exemples of what works, and dont. The football is a non predictable game, and that the beautiful thing about it.
Who can predict the Stade Brestois (french team) will play the Champions League on the next season ? Nobody, but the club is lead by a strong culture of entreprise who touch the sport aspect of the club.
