Anyone know what was the highest bitcoin fee in sat/vbytes for medium priority in mempool that occurred in the past? I'm asking to guage if 40 sat /vbytes is high.

In Amethyst, the relay section shows many icons and some trigger on and off. I could not find documentation about it. What do they all mean?
