If you are a runner, make sure to do planks daily. A couple of months ago I injured my back deadlifting and the recovery process made me rediscover planks. Now my lower back is stronger: - I run with a better posture - Can run faster sprints - Have more control running downhill image

Shaving cream is a scam. Just use soap, like @SoapMiner's and stop overpaying to apply nasty chemicals on your face.

This article by NPR is disgusting. But then again, it's NPR... They wrote an article meant to describe Robin Westman referring to him as "the shooter" to avoid gendering him, without saying that he had gender dysphoria or writing the word "transgender". The article mentions that the FBI is investigating the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate but it doesn't mention the source of hate (a kid with gender dysphoria hating christians) and the article buries deep down the fact that he had his name legally changed from Robert to Robin because he identified as female. https://www.npr.org/2025/08/28/nx-s1-5519768/minneapolis-school-shooting-church-what-we-know
