"It's time to go." ๐
That's what I've been telling myself. My time at Openvibe is nearing its end.
In recent months, I've felt overwhelmed, losing focus on myself, my family, and my job. I've tried to bounce back but couldn't find a way. Having worked in startups for a while, I feel it's starting to take a toll. After much deliberation, I've decided that I can't give 100% as CTO here at Openvibe. It's better for both me and the company to part ways.
My journey at Openvibe (formerly @Openvibe /Tweetoshi) has been incredible. Working with talented individuals like @Matej ๐ , @michal โก๏ธ๐ฆฉ , @Martin ๐ , and @npub1ajel...9m7h has been a pleasure. The team and the product are outstanding, and I expect great things ahead.
In the next few months, we'll be releasing several new things (stay tuned, it's going to be awesome). Simultaneously, we'll be searching for a new CTO to take over technical leadership. If you're into #flutter and new social media platforms (Nostr, Mastodon...), feel free to reach out to me or @Matej ๐ ๐
As for me, I'll be stepping down from my leadership role and looking for a hashtag #flutter coding position. I'm also planning to return to community and personal projects that I've always enjoyed. But as to where, that remains a question for now.

I don't drink energy drinks, but if I did, this would be the one.

I haven't been very active recently, because of PWA etc. What have I missed here? I feel like I've missed a lot ๐ฅฒ
