Just over two weeks ago I started to cut my caffeine intake, slowly. Today its about 90% lower than it has been typically. I've felt some effects, this morning was tough, but overall, I think it's for the best. Same for sugar, which is currently about 80% lower than normal. I've increased fresh orange juice for drinking, eating more fruits, meat, eggs and cheese. Definitely feeling better, but clearly still not where I want to be. I've got to remember that I'm 45 not 25 any more. I can't expect my body to tolerate so much abuse. #coffeechain

Cityscapes aren't my usual. I tend to find them quite boring, compared to beaches, water, boats, countryside, basically anything. Last night was quite beautiful though. #photography
