Thinking a lot about who wins and loses during the AI tidal wave, big and small. Largely predicated on how open or closed the interfaces to said products are. Ex: I uninstalled Telegram two years ago. Reinstalled it for OpenClaw because Signal still requires phone numbers and nostr DMs are nostr DMs (don't @ me).
