Love perennials! Keep returning with little extra effort on our part. These sunchokes are saying hello again ☀️😀 for 3rd year now. And, once you soak them in some lemon juice so body’s inability to process inulin is no longer an issue, these make great replacements for potatoes. Through the summer, they have pretty flowers that the bees love. And after the first frost, their stalks make awesome fire starters! Hooray for Sunchokes aka Jerusalem artichokes. #gardening #homestead #perennial #grownostr #garden
