I've been reading the Hebrew Bible, and I feel that it is the original scripture. It seems that all religions on Earth such as Christianity, Islam, and Catholicism, have drawn from it, adding new scriptures and teachings, some of which include frightening elements designed to instill obedience and maintain control through fear. So what is the lesson from our Creator? Perhaps it is this: No single religion holds the ultimate truth.
