I listened to a 10 hour audiobook in like 3-4 hours and took Cornell notes on it. You wouldn’t think an audiobook at 2.5x speed could be remembered so well, but I remember the details of that book far greater than anything else I’ve ever read. The way it filled my attention was revolutionary. My attention is broken. Sometimes I can’t pay attention unless I play things at 2x+ 😭
