Ethical #Bitcoin question: If I would have generated purposely a badly secured private key, with Bitcoins on its corresponding adresses, how should I handle it? Not knowing if the coins were lost in the first place. Take it and hand it back to a better secured adress (via signed OP_Return communication)? Ask for a security fee?
