Can we put a #nostr relay on the moon and communicate with it via lasers?

#NOSTR depreciates the importance of note transport, to focus on identity, and note type. If you have a proper identity system, how you get the message between identified individuals really doesn't matter much. Send the note via relays, ham radio or carrier pigeons: regardless of the path, the receiver can identify the sender, and decode the note type. This depreciation of the transport layer, makes NOSTR more resiliant because the main attack vector on a social network is message transport. Governments can attack transport, but it is very hard to attack identity. In Nostr, transport can change and evolve as needed. We need to depreciate transport as much as possible while still maintaining a useful working system.
