I'm currently working on an article based on the Tao Te Ching. I smirk every time I see just how similar each religion is. There's always a concept of oneness. Very clearly Eastern religions treat this as non-living and living at the same time while Western religions tend to tag on more human-like characteristics to the "oneness" Either way you see it, the oneness is always there whether its called God or not.

A new set of philosophies is percolating in people’s minds, potentially giving rise to a new ideal personage. Most people here attribute these philosophies to bitcoin. As if bitcoin itself is changing the world. Rather its the ideas that radiate from it and the people whose actions espouse those ideals that will change the world. Don't place the onus on bitcoin. As good as it is, it's lifeless after all. It wont change lives, the people who use it as a tool will change lives. The world was once shaken by the quintessential American espousing the "American Dream". There is a new era coming and this new personage is not tied to a nationality, geographic location, or thing.
