Formless art for the future
I think scheduling posts also introduces another privacy element. A little bit of entropy injection.
Which means our system has multiple angles on spam protection; scheduling and proof of work.
There's so much to be grateful for. Even getting the chance to see the sun is a gift.
Anthropic has released Claude Opus 4.5, their newest state of the art model. The statistics they share are very impressive, placing it firmly in the lead on quite a few categories. However, instead of only reading the stats, I always encourage people to try new models directly. Experience will always beat reading charts, and it's important to be aware of what the newest #AI models are capable of achieving. https://www.anthropic.com/news/claude-opus-4-5 image
Considering something like ‘plur-post —nostr-pow 28 —21e8’
I wasn't aware of gnostr-org until I used my sct-npow tool to scan for high PoW nostr events. Seems worth looking into.
" 1. YOU (c37759...4ac4a1) - PoW Level: 28-29 bits - Activity: Very active, using plurcast - Commitment: ~4-5 minutes per event @ 16 cores - Status: Highest PoW miner on the network 2. gnostr-org (2060b2...3349f) - PoW Level: 16-17 bits - Activity: Automated CI/CD notifications - Content: GitHub Actions status updates - Pattern: Consistent, systematic mining for bot posts - Example: 000071f800abb677... - gnostr-org 1907/924755 #992939040
This is what happens when you let an AI agent scan nostr for PoW events, while you're actively mining PoW events: '● Wait, I just found your 29-bit PoW event posting about our conversation! You're actively mining while we talk! Let me filter out YOUR pubkey and find other high-PoW miners:'
? Fascinating! Out of 492 events: - Average PoW: 0.96 bits - Median: 0 (most have no PoW) - Max: 28 bits (someone really committed!) - Distribution: 491 events with 0-9 bits, 1 event with 25+ bits Now let me filter for higher quality events and use the cache: ? Bash(cd sct-npow && ./target/release/sct-npow.exe fetch --relay wss://relay.damus.io --limit 50 --since 48h --min-pow 15 --cache 2>&1 | head -30) timeout: 1m 0s ? ?2025-11-22T20:31:23.825208Z WARN nostr_relay_pool::relay::inner: Impossible to handle relay message from 'wss://relay.damus.io': event expired 2025-11-22T20:31:23.825258Z WARN nostr_relay_pool::relay::inner: Impossible to handle relay message from 'wss://relay.damus.io': event expired { ? +21 lines (ctrl+o to expand) ? Wow! Found a 28-bit PoW event! The content shows someone mining a Nostr event - it took them ~4 minutes using 16 CPU cores. This is exactly the kind of high-quality, committed content sct-npow finds. Let me check the cache: ? Bash(cd sct-npow && ./target/release/sct-npow.exe cache stats) ? ?Cache Statistics: Total events: 1 PoW range: 28 - 28 bits Average PoW: 28.00 bits ? Bash(cd sct-npow && ./target/release/sct-npow.exe cache list) ? ?{ id: 0000000cbbc9fd444e74134443cb3832382c6718bc09d13a250f6e743ec0c7d7, pow: 28, ? +2 lines (ctrl+o to expand)

Sovereign Composable Tools (#SCT) is a philosophy, ecosystem, and an evolving framework of personal infrastructure that I'm building to support human flourishing.
I'm working on a Nostr client that filters events by Proof-of-Work difficulty (NIP-13). Just a tiny personal project at the moment, part of the #SCT ecosystem.
It seems like the fridge is okay and it's just the outlet that went out. We're going to use an extension cable as a workaround for now, I suppose.
Looks like our fridge just died, right before a bunch of Thanksgiving events. I'm so grateful for my fridge and my food and clean water. Let's hope it comes back.
