🐐🥛 Checked Lava to see their BLOC conditions. I was quickly able to open an "account" from Japan, but for whatever actions you want to take : add dollars, borrow against your Sats, withdraw dollars, etc. except BTC top-up. It involves being KYCed first. 💋
