Good morning! Press vida. 💜💖 Here is my morning meal after 16 hours of intermittent fasting. Raw eggs, and natural yogurt with banana and honey. I'm following Darko Velcek's Self Healers Protocol for months now. darkovelcek.wordpress.com Benefits are so showing up. After suffering for four years, I gained huge extra wait. Now smoothly I lost 13 kilo. I was taking 100 gms of thyroxin tablet everyday. Doctors told to continue it daily until I die. 😱 They also suggested to do pathological tests every two/three months and go visit doctors to adjust the doses if necessary. But I have stopped talking the medicine ('madsin' as Darko calls them) since January 24. It's more than three months now and I'm fine. Please pray for me, frens! 💜🫂
