Is there an establish mechanism for converting credit card payments directly to bitcoin? I’m envisioning a cash on delivery payment practice for physicians where patients pay at the time of the visit. Most (elderly) patients will not have access to bitcoin but will have credit cards. Is there a company that provides a device that converts credit card payments directly to bitcoin for the accepting physician?

I have an opportunity to talk to younger residents. I am somewhat convinced 1- low time preference and 2- small daily habits with a focus on long term life or avoiding ruin Will / do a) create implicit “contracts” with myself in the future and such contracts b) reduce present anxiety or eliminate risk to burnout.
