There’s really no better way to disconnect from the absurdity of what’s going on in the world - or the looming World War III - than to just go swim in a river, soak up the sun, and enjoy some beautiful weather. We forget how much we need that. We need to disconnect from our phones, tech, news, and all the noise and get back to nature. In the end, health and wealth are linked. And just like a muscle, if you don’t use it, you lose it. Stay healthy, stay grounded, and don’t get lost in the sauce of what’s going on out there.
