FREEDOM
is NOT found in ANY earthly nation:
"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
2 Corinthians 3:17
"For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
Galatians 5:1
"For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another."

"For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. So, WHERE IS Freedom to be found?

Those who follow King Jesus are blessed to live in and be CITIZENS and AMBASSADORS of the ONLY truly FREE CITY in the world; the New Jerusalem:
"Now this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. But the JERUSALEM ABOVE is FREE; SHE is our mother. For it is written,
“Rejoice, barren woman who does not give birth;
Break forth and shout, you who are not in labor;
For more numerous are the children of the desolate one
Than of the one who has a husband.”
And you brothers, in accordance with Isaac, are children of promise."
- Galatians 4:25-28
"But you are a chosen family, a royal priesthood, a HOLY NATION, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Beloved, I urge you as SOJOURNERS AND EXILES to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul, by keeping your conduct excellent among the OTHER NATIONS, so that in the thing which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good works, as they observe them, glorify God in the day of visitation."
