Silencing the negative voices in your head is a journey that many of us know all too well. These voices often arise from past failures, criticism from others, or fears we’ve internalized over time. They whisper doubts like "You’re not good enough," or "You’ll never succeed," dragging us into a spiral of self-doubt and holding us back from reaching our full potential. Imagine you’re at work, about to pitch an idea in a meeting. You’ve spent days preparing, but just before you speak, that negative voice creeps in: "What if they hate it? What if you mess up?" It’s tempting to shrink back, but in that moment, you have a choice. Instead of letting the fear control you, take a deep breath and remind yourself of the hard work you’ve put in. Tell yourself, "I’ve prepared for this. My ideas are valuable." As you push through, you’ll often find that the response is far more positive than you feared. Or consider when you’re scrolling through social media and suddenly feel like everyone else is living a more successful life than you. That voice inside might say, "You’re falling behind," or "You’ll never catch up." Rather than letting these thoughts control your emotions, remember that social media is just a highlight reel. Everyone has struggles, even if they don’t post about them. Instead of comparing yourself, focus on your own journey and progress. Remind yourself of what you’ve achieved so far and where you’re headed. Full post available on our private community and you can join for free #nostr #zap #life #lessons image

TAKE LESSONS FROM BILLIONAIRES If you have ever looked at the rankings of world richest people released by Forbes or Blomberg, you will know that certain people have a lot of money. For instance, Elon Musk is worth over 200 billion dollars, and there are only 8 billion people in the world. If he gives one dollar to every single human being on earth, he will still be a very rich billionaire, because giving one dollar to every human being will only remove 8 billion dollars from his over 200 billion dollars. Do you see how rich he is? And there are also people like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffet and Bernard Arnault. And if you look at the richest people in Africa, you will see people like Aliko Dangote, Johan Rupert, Patrice Motsepe, Femi Otedola, Strive Masiyiwa, etc. But what can you learn from these people, regarding how they went on to build so much wealth, and how they manage their money? It is simple. The first, and the most common general thing about all these people, is that they own their own companies. They are all employers of labour, who started very little, and built their companies. Their wealth on grew as their businesses and companies grew. So the question is, what can you start today, that will cause your wealth to grow as that thing grows? Is it a business? Is it a personal brand? Is it an investment? Then, if you look at these men, one thing you will notice is that they never show off, even though they are very rich. They don't think like celebrities, who must buy all the fancy cars and designer clothes. They rather, think like businessmen whose money must justify itself by either bringing in value, or bringing in more money. So are you thinking like a businessman or you are thinking like a celebrity? Is every money you spend forced to justify its value, or you just spend because you feel like? Does every money you put into a business or an investment bring back more money for you? You see, growing wealth will requires thinking like a businessman, and you need to learn how to think like one. ...... .. Best thing you can do today is to share this ...... I know how frustrating reading and not being able respond or ask questions is hereπŸ˜” The good news is that we are granting free access to our private community If you are lucky you can be selected Click to learn more - #nostr #zap #life #love image

Jack Ma the richest man in China said, "If you put the Banana and Money infront of a monkey. The monkey will choose Banana because the monkey don't know that money can buy alot of Bananas." In fact, if you offer WORK and BUSINESS to people, they will choose to WORK because most people don't know that a BUSINESS can make more money than salary. One of the reason the poor are poor is because the poor are not trained to recognise the entrepreneurial opportunity. They spend alot of time in school and what they learn in school is work for a salary instead of working for themselves. Profit is better than wages because wages can support you, but profits can make you a fortune. Keep following @Fulfillment Obi #fulfillmentobi #nostr #zap #bitcoin image
Lab-grown Humans: Scientists created a complete human-like embryo model without using a sperm or egg. The synthetic embryo was grown using stem cells, and it closely resembled a typical human embryo in structure and development for up to 14 days. The researchers used pluripotent stem cells, known for their ability to mature into various cell types. They took these pluripotent stem cells and converted them into their "naΓ―ve" state, which has the potential to develop into any cell within the body, including those crucial in early human development. To generate lab-made embryos, the researchers mixed three groups of stem cells: one group naturally grew to form the embryo, while the other two groups were manipulated to become supportive structures like the placenta and yolk sac. Although most clusters of stem cells failed to progress, approximately one percent advanced into structures resembling embryos. These stem cell-based embryo-like structures or SEMS, grew and organized themselves, demonstrating the necessary components of a 14-day-old embryo in the womb. The researchers even conducted pregnancy tests on the SEMS, which returned positive results. The study will enhance our understanding of early pregnancy stages, offering insights into the fine architecture of embryonic development. #nostr #zap image
Seven (7) Types of Friends You Should Be Cautious With: 1. The Envious One: They want everything you have, no matter the cost. 2. The Competitive One: They constantly try to outdo you. 3. The Jealous One: They're unhappy with your success and may even sabotage it. 4. The Gossip: They spread lies about you to others. 5. The Backstabber: They can't defend you when people are talking about you behind your back. 6. The Sadist: They take pleasure in your failures and misfortunes. 7. The Untrustworthy One: You can't rely on them to keep your secrets or have your back. Remember to be aware of these types of friends, keep a safe distance, and prioritize your well-being. Life is unpredictable, so it's essential to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. LESSONS LEARNED: β©πŸ•ŠοΈ 1. Set boundaries: Establish clear limits with your friends to protect yourself from potential harm. 2. Be aware of ulterior motives: Pay attention to people's intentions and motivations, as some may not have your best interests at heart. 3. Surround yourself with positivity: Nurture relationships with friends who uplift and support you, and prioritize those connections over those that may be toxic. May God bless us all with wisdom and discernment in our relationships! πŸ«‚β€οΈ #nostr #life #greatness #bitcoin #introductions #zap image

Humans won't be able to control Artificial Intelligence, according to research. Scientists warned that algorithms could be useless in preventing harmful artificial intelligence from taking over the world. When connected to the internet, AI may have access to all of humanity's data, allowing it to replace all existing programs and take control of all online machines worldwide. For the study, researchers developed a theoretical containment algorithm, which ensures that a super-intelligent AI won’t harm people under any circumstances. According to the study, an algorithm that would command AI not to destroy the world could destroy its own operation if it detects a potential threat. However, it remains unclear whether the algorithm has successfully prevented a catastrophic event or is still analyzing the threat, making it difficult to know for certain if the machine has successfully prevented a catastrophe. The study shows that traditional ideas for controlling super-intelligent AI have limitations, and new strategies are necessary, starting with disconnecting AI from the internet. #ai #nostr #bitcoin #zap image
