DOGE please eliminate the EPA next. The stupid foreskin on a gas pump nozzle prevents the nozzle from reaching the hole in a motorcycle gas tank, requiring careful concentration to aim the stream of fuel into the hole, while staring into the tank. Next time I will do it with the face shield down and just be hot and suffocating. Its better than a face full of gas.

#asknostr refugee and asylum nonprofits in USA? My South African friend made an appointment at a local nonprofit that claimed to help with immigration and asylum in the US. When he showed up at their office, he said the staff acted strangely and even the intake person he was meeting with was barely looking him in the eye. (They gave him a covid mask when he walked in if that tells you anything) The person he met with told him in no uncertain terms that they won't take his case. (Even though the phone interview he had with them told him they likely would) My friend thinks its because he is white (he was the only white person there). His family fled with suitcases and not much else. They spent most of the money they had staying in a 1 room motel with 3 kids. Are their any organizations that will assist white refugees in the US? Upshot is that his wife is using AI to help navigate the asylum process and do the paperwork themselves. They really need a better temporary housing situation though.
