For those interested in regenerative ranching/farming, Jacob Wolki is someone worth listening to IMO. Started from scratch, currently only leases the land he uses, and in less than 4 years he has created a streamlined farm operation and successful direct to consumer business. Profitable, and fostering greater ecosystem vitality - this is what true ‘environmentalism’ looks like.
