I think I’ve realized why it seems like American liberals in my life are struggling so much with the outcome of the election. I think the majority of people in the US are living under the presumption that their lives are static with the occasional blip of randomness. In reality we are living in a massive experiment of existence with constant change. And I believe that most people lack the ability to sit down and think about that.

@Lyn Alden read your article about ways to have more energy. Whats your go to breakfast that avoids carbs? I’m not a huge carb guy but breakfast is definitely when I eat the most. I’m a decent cook but no chance I can make a full meal in the mornings. #asknostr
