I'm starting the Time Rebelion we are Americans who when we are asked the time tell those around us the time in 24 hour standard time and if people dont understand it that's their own problem. Join me in this movement towards sane time. This is partly a joke and partly serious, I'm kidding about the Time Rebellion but I'm not kidding about using 24 hour time.

People seem to want to trash on the US all the time but can't seem to see that Europe is like 100x worse. I mean literally jail time for memes, I mean literally being arrested for the most minor things. Also no your "free healthcare" or "free college" doesn't make up for that I don't think.

My grandmother told me that when she was a kid people used to tear the little tabs off their canned drinks and drop it into the drink. That doesn't sound like a good idea to me but interesting.

I made the mistake of giving Mormon missionaries my phone number about a year or 2 ago and I just randomly got a message today asking if I had read their book (Book of Mormon) and I explained to them that I do not believe in their stuff. And surprisingly they just said ok have a good day and left it at that. When they first interacted with me I noticed them trying to be slick by just saying "we are Christian missionaries" and I called them out on it then and it took them like 10 minutes to admit that they were Mormons. They seemed to have a problem with me knowing more about the Bible than them (even though at the time I wasn't Christian) I decided to be nice so I allowed them to keep telling me what they wanted to tell me and it was probably because I just got off a 12 hour shift and just wasn't thinking straight but I gave them my number.

Do people really DM on nostr? It seems like most people are using other means like simpleX or something. I know 0xchat is a thing but do any of you actually use it much?
