Yesterday, I went a farmer's market. Our favorite bread store raised the price for 1$. I remember the same bread was 4$ or so not long ago. Now it is 7. To sustain, I want to grow my food. I have been thinking about this for years now. I cannot do this where I live. I really want to move to a better environment. Starting a small garden is fine. Let's do this (I am saying to myself).

I am going to delete my simplex chat for now. I am not 100 % sure where I downloaded.

I am gonna consciously try digital detoxing with intermediate fastening approach. It will be great to be without anything connected for three days, or eve a day. However, it is easier to do for hours at a time. I just spent 18$ for my watch battery replacement. Now I can go outside without any device. I don't have to worry about how I will know the time. Now I am typing this obviously. A long way to go but one step at a time.

The online world has nothing different from in-person world. Personality issues, various value systems. craziness, good things, politics, pretense. All are there and here. Just, the virtual world is bigger. I meet more people. The internet did expand our horizon and the reach. Still, I do find not easy to navigate the world.

I received an impersonated message (not nostr). I knew it wan't real. This wasn't a simplex. But it is very difficult to know the message is coming from the person or someone impersonating if it was a simplex. I guess.

I created Square account so that I can create my fiat online store. My phone# and home address appear on the invoice. I called customer service and confirmed that this cannot be changed. The home address can be changed if I use a mailing service. I don't want to disclose my phone#. Of course, I can have another phon# only for my business purpose. I have to think about that.

One of the creepy things about instagram was I wound find the accounts I have never followed were added to my "following" list. These are a type of accounts I might follow such as friends' friends or art accounts that have similar flavor as mine etc. I thought the AI was mimicking my behavior and taking actions before I actually do. I eventually left instagram. Twitter did have some of this, before it turned into X. When I talked about this, people would say, I followed them without knowing. so,,,, "did go periodically unconscious looking at instargram ?"

"An art work is complete with audience" I heard once. Not sure if this is true but, for an artist, sometimes even one audience except oneself is enough to complete the loop. Many of us, un-famous artists, may be able to keep their practice because of social media posts and audience. I am grateful for the audience on #nostr. The size, small as it is, does not matter. You guys are closing my loop :)))

I cannot go to my x account without feeling terrible about the world. Because they suggest me to read the accounts that I don't follow. I don't follow these accounts because they just tell me the terrible things about the world. So I just don't go often. It is too toxic to be addicted.

I just realized that I may have been resistant to digital money because I love papers so much. I miss paper many.... Is that so?? Not sure but possible. I like tangible things.
