When you flip a coin to generate your seed phrase:

12 words (128 flips)
You should get between 50 and 78 zeros.
If you have fewer than 50 or more than 78 → discard and start over.

You should get between 107 and 149 zeros.

Why?
With a fair coin you normally get about half zeros. These ranges cover 99% of normal results. If you fall outside, there is almost certainly a bias (bad throws or recording error).
¿Por qué?
Con una moneda estándar lo normal es sacar más o menos la mitad de ceros. Esos rangos cubren el 99% de los resultados normales. Si te sales, casi seguro hay sesgo (malos lanzamientos o error al anotar).
It is a simple check to avoid using a biased seed.
