The key is to stop trying to be a full‑scale Twitter clone and instead become the thin layer everything else plugs into.

Projects recovered.
Dev server reinstalled.
Where were I yesterday?
I was doing a mini project idea that I wanted to share, lets see, if I can recover and finish it early. Nothing complex, but maybe the idea is interesting.
It shall be a short daily challenge game. Lets see.

Killed my mini server while vibing some stuff. Kind off funny, the server was not stable or so, but got corrupted. I have to reinstall and see if my mini projects survived. If they did, probably time to push them somewhere.
Speed to do things matters. But that is not the only element.
You need the combination of doing the right thing, in the right time with the right method at the right speed.
Tools that give us the opportunity to be faster, can make us faster.
Or just simply makes us rush more. Makes us make more mistakes.

Detaching from the keyboard for medium sized casual walk is a game changer.
I really like stopping my day, do a walk, not think about work in the middle of the day. Then jump right back to it with a clearer mind.
I usually listen to something non-work related while I walk that pulls me out of the thinking. Problem solving can be addictive, you need to let your mind rest a bit, so work goes better.

I was thinking about sw building as such a skill, like digging a garden, or drilling a whole. You dont develop sw for the sake of developing sw. You want to make sw for a specific need. Your own, or someone elses. Therefore, it helped even in the past, if you had another expertise, other area you are good at, and can combine sw creation and that area. I think LLMs are reiterating, and pushing for this thinking in a sense, that many needs can be already solved without being a sw dev. Or if you are a dev, you can also make many of your sw development faster, so it is even more important to have another craft, area to be good at.
