I opened X and saw some conversations about deer ticks and #Lyme, so I’ll share some more details about my recent experience.
Details:
- Tick removed likely within 24 hours
- Tick was not engorged
- Tick’s “beak” was left lodged in my leg after breaking off, but I let it stay
- Some soreness, aches, and small circular rash
Treatment:
- Removed tick with tweezers immediately after noticing it
- Applied lemon juice to area
- Ate immune-boosting foods and supplements like honey and vitamin C
- Day after removal, got doxycycline from doctor
- Took 100 mg doxycycline every 12 hours (200 mg/day) for 72 hours
The “rash” slowly shrunk over the course of about a month.
Side note: I also did a lot of research on Lyme and was very unconvinced by the scientific studies that serve as its foundation. I’ll try to share my conversations with the Kimi K2.5 LLM when I get the chance.

I don’t care about increasing nostr users. The people will come when they need it. The important part is to keep it working as intended without compromise.
I’ve been looking into the pH formations of food lately. I noticed that a lot of the popular #peatstr foods are biased toward acid-forming (which means they increase acidity in your body after being digested).
With alkaline-forming foods being noted as possibly good for preventing or curing cancer, it caught my eye.
Does an acid-heavy diet cause acid reflux? Much to learn still.
Nothing new under the sun, huh.

I don’t think I’ll ever forget the first time I felt a feeling of persistent joy while on a walk about a year ago. It was such a profound experience, yet such a simple circumstance, that has since shaped my worldview.
I think that was the first time I had raised my vibration to such a level, since childhood or possibly ever. In hindsight, it’s crazy to think about how I was stuck in loops of low vibration for so long.
This was after waging an internal war on myself to improve myself. It had probably been roughly 3 years since I had declared war. Reading Marcus Aurelius, resisting temptation, building new habits. Change takes time.

OpenClaw, monitor my local government meeting notes on a weekly basis for any sign of plans for adding a cellular tower within a 10 miles radius of my zip code. If signs arise, message me on Telegram. Prepare a professionally-worded email, create a petition to stop its construction, and share with me for review.

48 hours into my 72 hour fast. This has been my stack.

Fasting until Easter.
A while back, I overheard my dad on the phone with someone and he said:
“It is later than you think. Do it now.”
Based on what I know about my dad, he was probably talking about something trivial like buying a car part at an auction. But I wrote the quote down and it stuck with me. You can apply it to many things, why not the most important ones?
“Lack of copper leads to iron accumulation.”
